Moderator

T. Hudson Jordan

T. Hudson Jordan, MBA, CCDP, CPSM

Ms. Hudson Jordan currently serves as Managing Director of Financial Services and Market Data for Charles Schwab. She provides business partners across the firm with category management leadership, planning, and expertise. Critical to maintaining day-to-day operations, she leads a team of procurement professionals responsible for end-to-end supplier relationship management focused on maximizing vendor performance and value for operational areas. Ms. Hudson Jordan is also responsible for the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives aimed at creating opportunities and increased participation of diverse suppliers within Schwab’s supply chain.

Ms. Hudson Jordan has been named by Black Enterprise as a Top Executive in Diversity and received the Champion of Diversity award by DiversityBusiness.com in recognition of her outstanding achievements in various diversity initiatives on a global and national scale. In addition to her professional roles, she currently serves on the boards of organizations committed to community service and advocacy.

Janet Barzilay

Janet Barzilay is the Director of Outreach and Enrollment Management at The Cathedral School of St. John the Divine.  She has served for many years as an admissions professional, both in Los Angeles and New York, and in independent schools as well as at the graduate school level.

Janet graduated from Brown University and NYU Law School.

Nisa Bryant

Nisa Bryant

Nisa Bryant currently serves as the Interim Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Collegiate School. Prior to her arrival at Collegiate, Nisa began her independent school career as a history teacher before transitioning to admissions at Suffield Academy, a boarding and day school in Suffield, CT. Nisa is a mentor for the Enrollment Management Association/Admission Leadership Council Mentoring Initiative. Prior to this, Nisa undertook a similar responsibility with a focus on mentoring people of color who were new to the independent school admissions and enrollment profession. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Independent School Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY).

Sabra Pacheco

Sabra Pacheco is Director of Admissions and Special Projects at Hunter College Campus Schools where she manages the ES and HS processes for NYC families interested in a gifted education program. She finds that her years of involvement with CBOs in and around NYC, her ease in working with parents, and her desire to make the admissions process accessible to all families is what’s most helpful in her role at HCCS. Prior to joining Hunter, she spent several years as Admissions Director and Director of Academic Operations for IMG Academy, a highly-specialized K-12 school on Florida's Gulf Coast.

Sabra is a native Brooklynite, though she embraces her current Bronx community (Let’s Go Yankees!) and serves as co-captain of a local running club. Sabra earned her Master of Arts Degree from NYU's Steinhardt School of Education and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Delaware State University. She holds a professional certificate in Modern Standard Arabic from NYU. She is earning a certificate in Leading for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
